Project Scope
The scope of works for this project consisted of restoring a deteriorated roof lantern and nine dormer style windows within the mansard roof of the building. The art-deco period property used for commercial purposes is located in Liverpool City Centre. With no fall protection systems installed at roof level, our rope access team attended site and installed a temporary rope based work restraint safety system, this allowed our operatives to safely carry out the restoration and maintenance works in a cost-effective manner.
