Overview

Position: IRATA Level 2 Technician

Location: Nationwide Coverage (based from Ellesmere Port, Cheshire).

Type: Full-time, Permanent.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00.

Salary: circa. £34,000.00 p.a. basic + overtime, commensurate with qualifications and experiance.

The Role

We have a great opportunity for an IRATA Level 2 Technician to join our growing team. Based from our office in Ellesmere Port, you will be a key member of an operational team working on various onshore projects throughout the UK.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Working as a key member in one of our operational teams.
  • Supporting the project supervisor in establishing site operations.
  • Proficiency in all aspects of the IRATA Level 2 syllabus including aid climbing, assisting with Rigging, Rescue, and Hauling Systems.
  • Providing support at company demonstrations, events, and functions.
  • Assisting with equipment inspections and logistics.

Key Skills & Qualifications Required

  • IRATA Level 2 Certification.
  • Effective team working skills with a logical approach to problem solving.
  • Proficient in time management and prioritising tasks.
  • Capability to adapt and perform in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer literate and competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Full UK Driving Licence and ability to travel as required.

Desirable Experience

Experience / certificates below are desirable but not required as full training will be provided.

  • Construction / Industrial trade desirable.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • CSCS Card.
  • CCNSG Safety Passport
  • Confined Space Medium/High Risk.
  • IPAF MEWP / PASMA.
