Project Scope
Our IRATA rope access team attended the site to investigate water ingress occurring at multiple locations inside the building. A rope access system was setup at roof level enabling safe access for our technicians to inspect the roof structure. Several defects with the roof tiles, lead flashing and pointing were found during the inspection, remedial roof maintenance works immediately carried out to rectify the issues.
