Project Scope

Following an external building survey on the same property, which identified corrosion issues with the window Brise Soleil sails and supporting structures, our customer requested that all of these be removed for safety reasons.

This project involved coordinating our IRATA Rope Access teams with a mobile telescopic crane team to remove the units directly adjacent to the access road. On the rear and side elevations beyond the reach of the crane, we installed a truss-based rigging beam and mechanical winch system to complete the removal of all 43 units.
