Aspirating Smoke Detection Install – Lancashire

This significant project involved installing aspirating smoke detection systems throughout the customer’s large industrial site. This was a site-wide upgrade of the fire detection systems across the multiple processing and manufacturing units.

Access presents an issue due to the building layouts and existing plant and equipment. Our team of IRATA Rope Access technicians is able to promptly gain access to all the required areas using a combination of suspended aid climbing techniques and horizontal safety lines, enabling the installation works to be undertaken whilst keeping the customer’s site active and avoiding disruption.
